cwnl: Undulatus Asperatus Ominous Clouds Over Ohio A cloud formation, proposed in 2009 as a separate cloud classification by the founder of the Cloud Appreciation Society. It could be the first cloud formation added since cirrus intortus in 1951 to the International Cloud Atlas of the World Meteorological Organization. CoCoRaHS is a grassroots volunteer network of backyard weather observers of all ages and backgrounds working together to measure and map precipitation (rain, hail and snow) in their local communities. By using low-cost measurement tools, stressing training and education, and utilizing an interactive Web-site, our aim is to provide the highest quality data for natural resource, education and research applications. The only requirements to join are an enthusiasm for watching and reporting weather conditions and a desire to learn more about how weather can effect and impact our lives. Our Web page provides the ability for our observers to see their observations mapped out in “real time”, as well as providing a wealth of information for our data users. Five installations to be located on every town affected by the construction of the new Ituango Hydroelectric megaproject.Each Cloud will serve on it’s lowest position as an scenography for the inaugural event, every object will climb to 150m abobe ground to maintain communication with each other, allowing a constant exchange of information beween towns separated by long distances and a complex topography.The new radio station and the weather prediction system will also be located on the clouds.
